Work performed today:
Demo and replace header at entry way
Termite damaged wood
Wood ripped out with steel beam exposed
Termite damaged wood on inside
New pressure treated 2x6 on outside of entrance
Liquid Nails being applied to wood
Caulk being applied to seal metal
Caulk being applied to metal inside the entryway
Caulk around metal

Used pressure treated lumber and new bolts to replace the header. No live termites were found. Met with Dan Morris and walked the building with him while he checked the work completed against the punchlist. He said he was pleased.
