Demo the rest of the old tile and insulation in the hallway beside the Cultural Hall
Put in new insulation and tile in hallway
Worked on punch list items
Clean up
Broken light switch cover in Relief Society room
New light switch cover in Relief Society room
Unsecured HVAC vent in Chapel
Secured vent to the wall. Chipped out block and secured with Liquid Nails
Loose surface mount light in High Council room
Light in High Council room secured tight to ceiling
Loose door hardware in room 108
Door hardware tightened at 108
Hallway prep and ceiling tile demo
Old insulation and tile removed from ceiling
New R-19 insulation in ceiling
New R-19 insulation in ceiling
New tile in ceiling (hallway is halfway complete)
I noticed on our punchlist that the gutter straps need to be wire brushed and re-painted. There are approximately 450 of these around the building. To make them look new again will require more than wire brushing and painting. They will all need to be sanded, primed and then painted and then the gutters would possibly need to be painted as well. This could take 2 guys up to 2 weeks or more to do this. Please let me know if you want us to proceed with this.
