I noticed on our punchlist that the gutter straps need to be wire brushed and re-painted. There are approximately 450 of these around the building. To make them look new again will require more than wire brushing and painting. They will all need to be sanded, primed and then painted and then the gutters would possibly need to be painted as well. This could take 2 guys up to 2 weeks or more to do this. Please let me know if you want us to proceed with this.

The hallway by the Bishops Office, foyer at the Chapel and 1/3 of the hallway by the Cultural Hall are complete with new tile and insulation. We will be back Monday afternoon to continue the rest of the hallway. This will be finished on Tuesday. I think it would be a good idea to get an HVAC contractor in to look at the unit above the foyer, it is making a humming noise and the condensate lines are wet. I also think it would be a good idea for an exterminator to investigate the rodent issues in the attic. We haven't seen or heard any but have been told by members that they can hear them running in the attic.

Tomorrow, we will begin demo of old ceiling tile and insulation and start putting in the new. We will keep good ceiling tiles and put them in the classrooms on that side of the building so that it all matches. We are going to do this in sections so that we don't have every area on that side of the building blocked off for very long. We will have this work completed Thursday
